What is your turn around?
All accepted projects are placed in priority based on paid deposits. Every project is provided a timeframe of completion during the initial project consultation. No timeframes are guaranteed. Last minute or rush projects may include additional fees.
What payments do you accept?
The primary payment method is PayPal; no account is necessary. STH DESIGNS, LLC utilizes PayPal electronic invoicing with the ability to pay via account or debit/credit card. Cash App is another payment option. If neither of these options are best for you, please contact for other availabe choices.
What does "unlimited design" detail?
All projects include unlimited design whereas, the client is under no pressure to accept and/or approve prior to reaching 100% satisfaction. There are no additional fees for changes or tweaks during the design process; this excludes if a project has to be redesigned due to lack of providing necessary information prior to the initial design whereas there is a service fee.
My logo was designed by someone else; can you fix it?
No. STH DESIGNS, LLC does not edit and/or work on any non-STH designs. This includes all designs.
What software do you use?
The industry standard, Adobe Creative Suite including the latest versions of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator are used for all design projects. Letterheads are provided utilizing Microsoft Word documents.
What is a vector logo?
Vector is the highest possible quality for a logo which allows for ultimate flexibility. Vectors also allow the ability to decrease and/or increase their size without losing quality. While other file formats are limited, vectors have the max capability for all printing purposes including embroidery and etc. Vectors can always be converted to other formats but it's often difficult or impossible to convert other formats to vectors.
Can my photo be added to my project?
Yes. In most cases photos can be added to many projects as long as the photo is of good quality. STH DESIGNS, LLC reserves the right to reject any images/photos due to quality concerns.
