STH DESIGNS, LLC Terms & Conditions
Standard: STH DESIGNS, LLC agrees to produce projects of graphic design (the “project”) at the request of the client for fees agreed upon in advance and delivery of the project by an agreed-upon deadline as long as the client provides all information, items, images/photos and materials needed to do so within an allotted time frame. STH DESIGNS, LLC agrees to be the sole author of the project, which will be original work and free of plagiarism. STH DESIGNS, LLC will cooperate with client in editing and otherwise reviewing the project prior to final client approval. All projects include unlimited design whereas, the client is under no pressure to accept and/or approve prior to reaching 100% satisfaction. The client will be given the right of final say on all colors, fonts and text used in the design. STH DESIGNS, LLC reserves the right to reject any images/photos due to quality concerns. If a project has to be redesigned due to lack of information, items, images/photos or materials provided up front and prior to initial design, it will result in an additional $25 service fee.
Compensation: Client agrees to pay STH DESIGNS, LLC 50% of the total project cost before any services begin. Client also agrees to pay remaining balance after his/her final approval of the project. After the final approval, the remaining balance is due within five business days. Client understands failure to pay balance in full within five business days will result in an additional $25 service fee. No project will be released and/or sent to print until the balance plus any additional fees are paid.
Client Approval: Upon approval and acceptance of the project, client accepts responsibility for any further processes in which project is used (e.g. film outpost, printing, etc.). STH DESIGNS, LLC is not responsible for spelling and/or accuracy errors after acceptance of the project by the client.
Cancellation/Refunds: All deposits are non-refundable. If for any reason, the client needs to cancel, the deposit will be surrendered as the project will be void and ended. During a project, if the client is unreachable or non-responsive past 14 days, the project will be void and ended. If the project is to resume at a later date, the cost will be at the full current rate along with a new deposit requirement.
Confidentiality: STH DESIGNS, LLC may receive or have access to information which relates to the client’s past, present, or future products, vendor lists, creative works, marketing strategies, pending projects/proposals, and other proprietary information. STH DESIGNS, LLC agrees to protect the confidentiality of the client’s proprietary information and all physical forms thereof, whether disclosed before or afterward. Unless strict confidentiality is requested by the client, materials and/or final projects may be used for marketing purposes on STHDESIGNS.com or social media.
Acceptance of Terms: Client agrees to pay for the services rendered by STH DESIGNS, LLC for the project as agreed upon. By submitting below, client agrees they have read, understood, and considered legally bonded to these terms.
